Mrs. Nelson has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. She started her career as a legal assistant and worked her way up to the position of tort litigation paralegal. In 2009 Mrs. Nelson was accepted to John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Since being admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2013 and Northern District of Illinois in 2014, she has litigated cases in Circuit and District Courts applying State and Federal Laws. In addition Mrs. Nelson has resolved matters with the United States Trademark and Patent Office.
Her clients include established businesses, start-up businesses, and non-for profits. She has a wide range of knowledge in industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, retail, and transportation. Mrs. Nelson also handles issues regarding aircraft, airports and drones with knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration Regulations.
